Ryan Brown entered college in 1998 to study Fitness and Health. Since then, Ryan has attained success ranging from Pro Athletes to Models to the thousands of people who, with Ryan’s program and support, have achieved their weight loss goals. Ryan is a vegetarian who has Cycled Across Canada, was Canadian National Powerlifting Gold Medalist (2002 juniors), has competed as a National Fitness Model, and now brings his dedication and expertise as an In Home Personal Trainer and Gym Designer.
